Narco Tombs of Sinaloa

In Sinaloa, Mexico’s central drug state, narcos have been killing each other for decades. When they die, their families build mighty monuments to house their eternal remains. Virtual mansions, complete with air contioning, grills, ice chests for beer when friends want to come toast the dead, and bulletproof glass. The largest cemetery of this kind is Jardines de Humaya in Culiacan, Sinaloa’s capital.
